Day 1: Hoi An – Nha Trang (L/D)
Drive to Nha Trang along Highway 1 with scenic ocean views and villages canopied by swaying coconut palms. We stop at Sa Huynh beach and Tam Quan coconut village along the way. Enjoy lunch en-route sampling local specialities. Quy Nhon’s beach cove is the perfect spot for a coffee break before continuing another 200km to Nha Trang. Enjoy the picturesque coastline and local life along the way.
Day 2: Nha Trang (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. We then take a morning boat trip of Nha Trang bay, stopping off at some of the nearby islands with opportunities to swim and snorkel. After a fresh seafood lunch, we return to shore and visit Po Nagar Cham Towers and the busy village near Xom Bong bridge. Your afternoon is free. In the evening enjoy a seafood BBQ at a local restaurant.
Day 3: Nha Trang – Da Lat (B/D)
Leave behind Vietnam’s largest beach town and head to mountainous Da Lat. This is one of the most spectacular drives, winding up in to the mountains fringed by jungle,sparse villages and plateau forests. We stop to soak up the exotic landscapes, strawberry fields, flower gardens and other sub tropical crops that Da Lat is famed for.
Day 4: Da Lat (B/L/D)
Founded over 100 years ago, the former French colonial hill station town of Da Lat is now a favorite honeymoon destination of the Vietnamese. Your tour starts with a morning sightseeing tour, visiting the former Emperor Bao Dai’s summer residence and an unforgettable trip to the ‘Crazy House’ a bizarre example of famous architecture, now a guest house. An optional tour by cable car to Truc Lam Buddhist Meditation Centre can be arranged.
Day 5: Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
In the morning we take a tour of the colorful Da Lat market. Here you will find an abundance of flowers, vegetables, and fruit all grown locally in the surrounding fertile, mountainous soil. We sadly leave Da Lat in the afternoon and depart for Ho Chi Minh City. Driving for 300 km thought scenic plateaus of coffee and tea plantations before descending to the low land and the cosmopolitan city of Saigon. Check in to your hotel at 18:00.
